Nipple Convalescent Home Nipple Convalescent Home is a thirty-seven (37) bed intermediate care, Medicaid certified, facility. Our home is situated along the lovely banks of the Susquehanna river in rural Perry County on Routes 11 and 15, approximately thirty miles north of Harrisburg, PA. We offer the finest in twenty-four hour nursing care in a comfortable and friendly homelike atmosphere. Meals are planned by a certified dietitian. We offer a full range of planned activities.
