Twin Oaks Nursing Center was established in 1955, in Campbelltown, Pennsylvania. We are located just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike along route 322, four miles east of Hershey. Twin Oaks is a 53 bed Skilled Nursing facility, certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. We can also provide services to members of Keystone Senior Blue, Health Central, Penn State Geisinger, and Aetna/U.S. Healthcare HMO’s.
Twin Oaks has large lounges, activities areas and a courtyard that brings the outdoors to our residents. These things combined with a quality team of professionals, including Registered Nurses, Practical Nurses, Social Services, and our Rehabilitation team makes Twin Oaks a skilled nursing facility where residents can develop personal relationships between each other and the staff. Our team has many ways to meet an individual’s needs, whether it is to provide specialized meals planned by a Certified Dietitian, or by having our Activities personnel entertaining our residents in the enclosed courtyard.
Twin Oaks also has a 24-bed Personal Care Unit, designed for residents who do not need skilled nursing services, but can use some help preparing meals, taking medications, and bathing. Residents are able to maintain their independence, while having the security of knowing assistance is nearby if needed. We offer both long term and short term respite stays for both our Personal Care and the Nursing Facility.
