Audubon Villa is a forty two bed skilled and intermediate care nursing home located in the heart of historic Lititz in Lancaster County. The facility is built around a Victorian mansion, each resident has their own private room. The Administrative Services are housed in the original mansion which boasts a spacious living room and a charming sun porch, ideal for comfortable family gatherings. Pleasantly decorated corridors lead to comfortable lounges, a beautiful dining room and private resident rooms.
Audubon Villa offers 24 hour nursing care in a warm and friendly environment, we are Medicare and Medicaid certified. Rehabilitation services are available to all residents who are planning either a short or long term stay. Social Services offers continued emotional support to residents and their families, beginning at the time of admission and continuing throughout the resident’s stay. The Dietary Department serves nutritious meals in our attractive dining room. We also accommodate special dietary needs as specified by the attending physician. The Activities Department provides a variety of activities which are individualized to the resident’s interest and abilities. Residents are encouraged to build new friendships through planned programs, families are invited to attend.
